  • You must retain access credentials and keep your contact details up to date.
  • Unauthorized access or fraudulent bookings are prohibited.

4.Payments, Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are in USD, inclusive of sales tax where applicable.
  • Payments are processed securely via third parties (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • Additional charges may apply for on-site work beyond initial estimate.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Digital Orders: Due to instant delivery, refunds are rare—see our Refund Policy.
  • Service Bookings:
    • Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before appointment; after that, a $25 cancellation fee applies.
    • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
